Due to our sustainable stance on unnecessary use of plastic we do not poly wrap our product ,therefore we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges on a purchased product. You can purchase our discovery sets here or reach out to a member of our team for advice.

If customers have concerns with any FDB products bought via retailers they must return them/address the issue directly to them (physical store or online), the retailer will then deal with us directly. Thank you.
SHIPPING
Due to fragrance being classified as dangerous goods in most cases we have to use specialised couriers.
The impact of rising freight costs have unfortunately caused price increases on deliveries, we have tried to maintain our charges however shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your delivery location and in some cases a minimum spend will apply for free shipping.
We make every effort to cover all regions however currently we cannot accept orders to Russia, India,Pakistan, China and South.
We now have hubs in UK, Europe* and USA to ensure you will not incur duty or taxes on your orders in these particular regions
*please note charges may apply to any counties in Europe not in the EU.
