We can only accept return of Fragrance Du Bois products purchased from our official website. In order to return a product, you will need to send an email to Customer Services indicating your willingness to return the item within 14 days from the date of the delivery.

For us to accept the product, it must remain unopened in its original packaging and the security seals intact.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and proceed with reimbursement within the next 14 days if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

The return shipping costs which will be at the expense of the customer.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy (Rest of World)

Due to our sustainable stance on unnecessary use of plastic we do not poly wrap our products, therefore we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges on a purchased product.
