How should I store my fragrance to maintain its quality? +
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. This protects the raw ingredients and preserves the fragrance's character and longevity.
What is the best way to apply fragrance? +
Spray directly onto pulse points: wrists, neck and the creases of elbows. Do not rub the fragrance into the skin, as it can alter the scent’s development.

Always. We do not test on animals and require the same commitment from all partners in our supply chain.

Which countries do you deliver to? +
We ship to most global locations, excluding Russia, India, Pakistan, China and South America. Delivery eligibility is confirmed when you enter your address at checkout.
Are shipping fees and duties applied? +
Shipping costs depend on your location and order value:

• UK: Free delivery on all orders
• Europe: Free delivery over €140; €36 charge below
• USA: Free delivery over $165; $42 charge below
• Rest of World: Free delivery over $165; $42 charge below (Some regions may have higher thresholds, shown at checkout)

Our three-hub delivery model means duties and taxes are typically not incurred for UK, European and US customers.
Which carriers do you use? +
Due to regulations around transporting fragrances, we partner with specialised couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe delivery.
How is my order packaged? +
Each fragrance is securely protected in luxury packaging. We do poly-wrap our products
Can I track my order? +
Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your order’s progress.
What if my order is delayed? +
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, our concierge team will contact the courier and resolve this for you.
What should I do upon receiving my order? +
Inspect your delivery on arrival. If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect, contact our customer care team right away and we will be happy to help.
What is your return policy? +
Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products in original condition within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty. Return shipping fees apply based on location and will be confirmed by our team.
Can I return or exchange an opened fragrance? +
Unfortunately, no. Once a fragrance has been opened or sprayed, it cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the rare case of a defect.
How do I initiate a return? +
Contact our customer care team with your order number. We will issue a returns label and guide you through the process step by step.
How long does it take to process a refund? +
Timing is handled case-by-case once items have been assessed by our team.
Do you accept international returns? +
Yes. International returns are accepted following the same policy. Return shipping fees apply based on location and will be confirmed by our team.
