Review: Fragrance Du Bois London Oud
London Oud, by my favourite house Fragrance Du Bois, is a great freshie.
It opens with citrus notes of bergamot and lemon which are intensified by mint, creating a really nice fresh feel. To top that, there’s some aquatic notes
in the heart along with florals like jasmine, to add a bit of sweetness.
The base is my favourite part of the journey with a cardamom and nutmeg combo along with cedarwood. You end up with this green spiced and creamy aroma with some dry earthiness. The patchouli adds a kick and there’s a light Oud here too to add some depth.
Beautiful for when the suns out, it’s not sunny today but it’s still a little humid.

It goes down nicely. Right, I’ve finished my cigarette and going back to work.
